Job Description:
We are in search of a highly knowledgeable, functional Navy ERP ECC and S4 HanaSubject Matter Experts to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP ERP systems, focusing on ECC and S4 Hana, and a deep understanding of their application in Navy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the lead expert for Navy ERP systems, particularly ECC and S4 Hana.
  • You will guide the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP ECC and S4 Hana systems.
  • You will collaborate with Navy stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions meet operational requirements.
  • You will provide expert advice on system configuration, optimization, and best practices.
  • You will conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for Navy personnel and internal teams.
  • You will troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • You will stay abreast of the latest developments in SAP ERP technologies.
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant government and defense standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  In many instances, a degree can be waived in lieu of functional relevant experience.
  • Former Navy military, civil service, and contractors with hands-on functional experience and a willingness to increase the Navy ERP competency of those they work with move to the front of the line.
  • Strong background in the defense sector, specifically in Navy operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • SAP certifications relevant to ECC and S4 Hana are highly advantageous.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency may be a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
