Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights, developing predictive models, and contributing to the strategic use of data in support of national security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to address complex problems.
• You will utilize statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to model complex problems, discover insights, and identify opportunities.
• You will develop predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
• You will present information using data visualization techniques.
• You will propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
• You will collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
• You will stay updated with the latest technology trends in data science and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. In some instances, a degree can be waived in lieu of functional relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced pattern recognition and predictive modeling experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Clearance Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. citizenship or US permanent residency may be a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
