Max brings a wealth of experience from his 14-year career serving the Federal Government both on Active Duty in the US Navy and as a consultant in the government contracting sector. Max’s career is marked by his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions in financial management, audit readiness, business and learning management system integration, and organizational change management. His leadership philosophy, deeply rooted in servant leadership and inclusion, was shaped during his time in the US Navy, where he served with leaders who exemplified leading from the front and fostering an environment of excellence.
